we spent 2 nights in king room with buffet breakfast, tea, for instance. the location was great and lovely, just off the friendly local buses, tourist attractions, and the waterfront & the many restaurants & bars on mitchell street and very close to a national park and a gallery.

The room offered a fine view of the harbour and had ample space. The breakfast buffet was good, with a variety of options, made mornings enjoyable. The staff in the Executive Lounge, especially Hexin and Robyn, provided an really good level of service, catering to our needs attentively. Enjoyed the clean, comfortable accommodations and the lovely pool area where we ordered drinks with ease. There were some hiccups, check-in was a bit slow, and our dining experience was marred by delays in service. The dining options at PepperBerry were good, but the initial wait for drinks was frustrating. The breakfast service could have been more organized as items ran out quickly. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would stay here again for the pleasant overall experience and friendly atmosphere.

the central location was very good!the staff was very friendly.the lounge on the 20th floor was pleasant.the room and bathroom were excellent.(suite)
We had to bring the suitcases into the room ourselves. The pool was in a very bad condition, the gym was unfortunately also not well equipped, the breakfast was clearly arranged and rather a 3 stars standard, the room bar was not filled.

I had a brand-new guest room with a FANTASTIC view of the harbor. The bed was extremely comfy and there were a storage space and free wireless internet access.

The ability to come back after a long day of meetings and get some exercise in the pool was excellent. Desk facilities in the room for after hours work were very good.
Would prefer the option of a la carte at breakfast rather than buffet. Being limited to the the buffet options meant paying for a lot of food I did not want.

My journey from doubt to delight
Encountered amazing staff, particularly in the Executive Lounge, who attentively catered to our needs, ensuring a good experience.
While the room was comfortable, breakfast service was somewhat disorganized, with scattered items making selection a challenge.

Bar, pool and breakfast were all excellent. Check in staff were efficient and helpful. Get your coffee from the bar attendant rather than the cafe if you can - the barista knows how to make an expresso.
The pool was closed for refurbishment on two of the five days I stayed there and it was suggested we go to the Holiday Inn but who wants to walk back in a wet swimming costume. Renewal of complementary tea and coffee facilities in the room was under par. These are small issues and it was a nice hotel overall.
